Wildlife hotel

While tidying up the garden I decided to use some of the stuff I collected (bark from the eucalyptus tree, dried grass, twigs and old wood) to make a wildlife sanctuary under our garden seat. I stuffed some plant pots with dried grass and leaves and put hollow stems into a couple of larger pots. There were a few bricks with holes in, a few bits of wood tied together and other miscellaneous odds and ends. Voila!

There is a choice of some detached residences and a number of one bedroom flats. Even better there is no  mortgage required, very handy for the first time buyer.

I think t is a darn good multi-housing project that you have made on offer here !
if I had some extra space, I would take a page out of your book and do something similar too !
Good project and post !

It looks great but I’d have to close my mind to the creepy crawlies living down there when I came to rest on the bench with my cuppa.

Irrationally I feel that only nice creepy crawlies are going to take up residence. Also a toad would be handy to take care of any slugs.
