April flowers, carefully tweaked
I’ve taken a few pictures of what’s flowering in the garden at the moment. It’s also in the nature of a test to see how the upgraded WordPress is dealing with images. My son (The Web Designer) is tweaking the changes he made to the previous version so hopefully every thing will be working fine by the time I post this. Change is good, change is good. After all it’s one of the reasons why gardening stays so interesting. A gardener is always tweaking!
The flowers are:
- Anemone ranunculoides
- Camellia japonica “Contessa Lavinia Maggi”,
- Caltha palustris “Flore Pleno” (double Marsh marigold)
- Primula marginata “Clear’s Variety”
- Sanguinaria canadensis multiplex “Plena”
- Tulipa saxatilis “Lilac Wonder”
After what seems hours later we are fully tweaked and I can post. WD is a perfectionist and works in pixels. I have a little pile of reminder notes which I must memorise. Phew!!
PS. The thumbnails look rubbish in Google Reader though, not aligned properly, but I can live with that.
