Your canal shot and photo of the lit buildings are very pretty, while the ice sculptures are intriguing.

Oh what a magical city to spend a few days in. I was also there last year a week before Christmas and would love to return. Sadly I fell ill with a tummy bug and was unable to complete my shopping mission for chocolates so I will have to return. Well that’s my excuse. Hope that you enjoyed your trip.

Enjoy yourself but be careful not too eat too many waffles, chocolate and friet met mayonaise. You have tried the friet from a frietkot, haven’t you?

Been to Bruges myself and it’s a great little city, very pretty with all those old buildings.

I’ve been to Bruges a couple times. Have some hot chocolate for me, after you climb the clock tower. ‘Course then, you’ll deserve a beer.
