I know someone who had a similar story but with a bad ending. Chihuahuah, tiny dog, went missing. Eventually discovered inside one of those couches that turn into beds. We tried everything--food, water, pleading. Finally, after a couple of days, I took a flashlight and shimmied through the cobwebs to rescue him. Bless his little heart. Glad Georgie had the smarts to let you know where he was and you had a builder who was so accomodating.
