Blooming Friday: February week 4 – Hello Crocus
Clumps of Crocus are starting to appear all over the garden.
I have just realised that I have no white ones. How did that happen? A visit to a garden centre might be a good idea.
Thanks to Katarina at Roses and Stuff for hosting Blooming Friday.

My crocuses are pushing through well too, but no sign of blooms yet. You’re obviously ahead of us.
Well, a visit to a garden center is always a good idea, isn’t it? I mean, any excuse will do! -Jean
Wonderful colors of the crocus…
Oh you are weeks ahead of me in crocus – mine are nowhere to be seen yet. I grow those lovely tricolour ones too in my garden.
Lovely crocus mine are mainly just species ones and they are all batterred by heavy rain hardly had chnce to open this year such a shame.
You really got to love this time of year! Everything blooming and beautiful. These flowers are amazing!
I love purple crocus but don’t have any in the garden because voles love them too. I will have to try naturalizing them in the lawn.
Love that yellow crocus… looks almost like a freesia.
Oh, springtime. How I long for it! Thank you for given me a reminder. Easy to forget in all snow! Have a nice weekend.
Mayby with some luck we can enjoy those crocus in two months time, nice to see there is hope for spring after all.
Oh, that’s lovely! You’re several weeks ahead of us apparently – we’ll just have to wait for the bulbs to show themselves.
Have a great weekend!
Beautiful – it’s such an exciting time of year.
this is very interesting – today I noticed something unfamiliar and red poking up – I think it might be a crocus. It’s autumn here but maybe it’s from the northern hemisphere and a bit confused.
Sieberi bowles white are lovely, if you can get hold of some – they flower in January, so provide a bit of early colour too.
