Blooming Friday – Colours
Welcome to Blooming Friday. I like all flower colours and while I have my favourites – blue, purple and magenta – there are none I really dislike.
Some flowers go a step further and impress us with more than one colour. I must confess I have a soft spot for these plants. They made a special effort when deciding what outfit to wear :-)

Lovely colour combinations on each bloom. I’v never come across the last plant, Bilbergia nutans before. Very unusual.
What lovely flowers! Hello, I just found your blog and I’m going to visit again to see more.
Colourful and exotic flowers. Lovely pictures!
Hello! I like your picture and especial the one on Bilbergia nutans. Nice to meet you in this blogworld. Have a´nice day! Best regards Pia
Lovely shots of beautiful flowers. The Bilbergia nutans looks very exotic!
I particularly love the markings on the geranium renardii, so delicate and beautiful. it’ll be good to see some colour in the garden again after the drabness of winter.
Beautiful flowers!
Have a nice weekend!!

I love the Bilbergia, such marvelous colors! Beautiful examples of multi-colored flowers.
Wow that Bilbergia is impressive – sort of thing I would expect to see at Kew
Very pretty, all of them!
Have a great week!

looked at like that, it’s really high art – each one. Lovely, lovely post. I’m off to check out Katarina now.
I have a soft spot for those as well! I also tried to grow Cistus from seed – it propagated but I doubt it has survived this winter. But I’m still hooping!
Take care!
